Microsoft Outlook is terrible in IMAP. Hence most people only use MAPI with it. If you are forced to use IMAP, I would recommend switching to an alternative E-Mail client like Thunderbird Thunderbird — Free Your Inbox.

Ok so my mistake the Properties option is there when right credential loop in Microsoft 365 clicking folder - I was only focused on right clicking on the email address to take me to server setting I was not clicking on the actual folder.
